We’re incredibly proud to share that Vanlife Conversions has won the 2026 National Service Excellence Award!
After winning the East of England regional award earlier this year, we were invited to the national finals at The Savoy in London, alongside small businesses from across the UK. We were delighted to be announced as the national winner and to receive the award from entrepreneur and Dragons’ Den investor Sara Davies MBE.

The judges were particularly impressed by the way we support our customers throughout their conversion. From the moment someone begins planning their van, we focus on being open, keeping them involved and making the whole process as enjoyable as possible.
During the build, customers have access to their own client portal, where they receive regular progress updates and photos. That support continues long after handover, with habitation checks, servicing, maintenance, upgrades and our owners’ community, where customers can share trips, advice and experiences.
Customer feedback was also an important part of our award entry. We’re incredibly grateful to have all five-star Google reviews, with customers regularly mentioning our communication, craftsmanship, attention to detail and aftercare.
